Returns

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them:

 

- Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use (deodorant, makeup, perfume, sweat, stains, odor)

- All original tags and labels attached

- Returned in its original packaging

- Accompanied by your order number

 

Please note: items that show clear signs of wear, damage, or have tags removed will be inspected upon return. In these cases, we reserve the right to apply a value deduction to the refund, reflecting the reduced resale value of the item — rather than rejecting the return outright. Items returned in non-sellable condition (visibly worn, stained, or altered beyond trying-on) may be refunded at a significantly reduced amount, or sent back to you at your cost if no refund is possible.

 

We photograph and inspect every return on arrival, so please treat your NOYA pieces the way you'd treat something you're trying on in-store — not on the court.

How returns work

- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, via returns@thenoyaclub.com with your order number

- Ship the item back within 14 days of your notification

- We inspect the item on arrival and confirm your refund status within 5 business days

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The delivery cost of your original order is refunded; the cost of shipping your return is your responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Not eligible for return

- Underwear and swimwear with the hygiene seal broken or removed

- Personalized or made-to-order items

- Gift cards
